This is it, for real this time… this is the tenth, and last, photo post from the 2025 181st Vankleek Hill Agricultural Fair on my site until next August — so, now you have that to look forward to. This time it’s large horses pulling large weights, slightly smaller horses pulling two-wheeled carriages, and tiny humans riding tiny ponies.

I was lucky to be asked by the Fair Board People to be one of their Official Photographers for the Fair, in exchange for weekend tickets for my kids. Hopefully they’ll let me do it again next year. Until then, it’s just a good thing the Internet is basically infinite in scope because, in ten posts, I’ve just uploaded almost 500 photos of the Demo Derby, Motocross, Light / Heavy Horses, kids at the Midway, 4H Kids and their calves, Old School Wrestling, Mini-Horses Races, and the Parade, over the past five weeks here on my little photo blog, plus another 800+ on the VKH Fair Facebook page [see them here].

So, yeah, now I’m looking for more activities and Events to take photos of so I can keep posting, if you have leads I’m looking for stuff to shoot in the Vankleek Hill / Hawkesbury / L’Orignal region… and, of course, free tickets.
