It was a busy busy busy day for me on Sunday… with the annual ‘Festival of Flavours’ (FoF) on Main Street in Vankleek Hill, and the return of ‘Art In The Garden’ (AITG) to its rightful place around the corner on Church Street, then there was the 28th version of the ‘Hawkesbury Car Expo’ [here] all happening at the same time. So it was rush rush rush for poor little me, trying to capture as many photos as I could of all three Events.
All in all, I think I did a pretty decent job. Nineteen of my photos from the Car Expo made into the Online Edition of The Review [here], our local paper of record, while another fourteen from the AITG and FoF were in there as well [here]. A whole bunch made it into the actual IRL version of the paper as well… go Team Me.
…the AITG Event tried to move to Hawkesbury last year but, trying to get people to the Event in a whole new town, at a location not known for outdoor Events turned out to be a very difficult. So the AITG Event came back to Vankleek Hill, and was very successful… at least there were a lot of people wandering around looking at some great artwork who didn’t seem lost.
…anyway, just click on the first photo to get the carousel going — comments are always welcome, they’re absolutely free to make and, as far as I know, the Government is no longer keeping track of what you write.
