Sandra Bennett, one of our newest members, was at the 170th Vankleek Hill Fair over the weekend, and was kind enough to share some of her photos with us.
We’ve already posted photos from the Demolition Derby, and the Beach Volleyball Tournament. Coming up this week, more from the Midway, the antique tractor pull, sheep shearing, cow competition, and a lot more.
If you were there as well, and have some photos you’d like to share, head over to our Facebook page and upload them… it’s free, and can be fun. We can’t give you anything in return, but it’d still be awesome. There are benefits now for joining our Club… so if you want to get together with some pretty cool people, and share / learn some techniques, there’s a little form to fill out. It’s pretty easy. Basically you just raise your hand and say “I’m in”.
…the Club is open to anyone in the Vankleek Hill region (Hudson to Lachute to Rockland to Alexandria… but we’re willing to make exceptions), and to anyone who ever lived here at any particular time. Basically there are only two rules: have a camera of some kind, and be willing to use it.
And now, without further rambling, here’s what Sandra saw at The Fair…
